How to do it

  1. Set your forearms on a stability ball and walk your feet back into a tight plank.
  2. Squeeze your glutes and brace your abs so your body is one straight line.
  3. Slowly draw small circles with your forearms, like stirring a heavy pot.
  4. Do a few reps one direction, then reverse, keeping hips dead still.

The one cue that matters

The point is to NOT move your spine. Resist the wobble, don't chase it.

Muscles worked

The Stir the Pot isolates the Lower Back — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted lower back volume without extra fatigue.
