How to do it

  1. Drape your hips over a stability ball with toes braced into the floor or a wall.
  2. Round forward over the ball with hands at your temples.
  3. Squeeze your glutes and extend up until your body forms a straight line.
  4. Lower back over the ball with control and repeat.
