How to do it

  1. Stand tall with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump your feet wide and drop into a shallow squat.
  3. Reach one hand across to tap the opposite foot, twisting your core.
  4. Jump back together and repeat, alternating the reaching hand.
