How to do it

  1. Get into a forearm plank with elbows under your shoulders.
  2. Brace your core and keep a straight line.
  3. Drive one knee out and up toward the same-side elbow.
  4. Return it and alternate, keeping your hips low.

Keep your hips from rising as the knee comes up, stay long and tight.
