How to do it

  1. Grip the bar with a wide snatch grip, hips down, back flat.
  2. Pull the bar off the floor and accelerate as it passes your knees.
  3. Extend your hips, knees, and ankles violently, shrugging tall.
  4. Let the bar float up the body, then lower it back down.

Keep the bar close and brushing your hips, the power is all in the triple extension.
