How to do it

  1. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back, gripping the bar below you.
  2. Twist to unrack and let the bar hang at arm's length.
  3. Row the bar up to your lower chest, driving your elbows back.
  4. Squeeze your back, then lower slowly to the stretch.

Keep your torso angle locked, don't stand up as you pull the bar.
