How to do it

  1. Set one cable high and grab the handle with the opposite hand.
  2. Step forward into a staggered stance with a soft elbow bend.
  3. Sweep the handle down and across your body toward your opposite hip.
  4. Squeeze your chest, then open back up under control and switch sides.
