Squeeze the chest from every angle.

Hold the elbow bend and squeeze your chest, don't turn it into a press.
With both pulleys set high, the cables pull up and out, so as you sweep the handles down and together your chest works against tension through the entire arc, from the wide stretch to a squeeze in front of your body that free weights simply can't load. Your front delts assist as the arms travel across. It earns its place as the finishing move for chest day, where the constant tension and hard end-range squeeze deliver a contraction pressing never quite reaches.
High pulleys sweeping downward, as here, bias the lower and mid chest and give that classic squeeze in front of your hips. Low pulleys sweeping upward shift the emphasis toward the upper chest, both are worth rotating through.
The weight is too heavy, so you're recruiting a press to survive. Drop the load, set a soft elbow bend at the start, and lock that angle for every rep, the fly lives or dies on it.
Usually after your heavy pressing, as an isolation finisher. Higher reps, controlled tempo, and a deliberate squeeze at the midpoint will do more here than piling on plates ever will.
