How to do it

  1. Set up in a side plank on your forearm with feet stacked.
  2. Brace your core and lift your hips into a straight line.
  3. Lower your bottom hip toward the floor under control.
  4. Drive it back up to the top, finish reps, then switch sides.

Keep your body in one plane, no rolling forward or back as you lift.
