How to do it

  1. Stand over the bag, feet wide, and hinge down to wrap your arms under it.
  2. Hug the bag tight to your chest and brace your core.
  3. Drive through your legs to stand and lap it onto your thighs if needed.
  4. Extend your hips hard and heave the bag up onto the platform.
  5. Reset your stance and repeat for reps.

Keep the bag glued to your body. The further it drifts, the more your back takes over.
