How to do it

  1. Take a wide stance with toes pointed out and shins near the bar.
  2. Grip the bar inside your legs with arms straight down.
  3. Drop your hips, spread the floor with your feet, and lift your chest.
  4. Push the floor away and stand tall, locking out at the top.

Open your knees out over your toes and keep your back flat the whole pull.
