How to do it

  1. Start in a strong push-up position, body in a straight line.
  2. Lower your chest toward the floor and press back up.
  3. At the top, rotate your torso and reach one arm to the ceiling into a side plank.
  4. Return that hand to the floor and repeat on the other side.
