CoreSecondary: QuadsCable

How to do it

  1. Set a cable at chest height and hold the handle at your sternum, side-on to the stack.
  2. Step one leg back into a reverse lunge, dropping into a half-kneel.
  3. Press the handle straight out and resist the pull trying to rotate you.
  4. Bring the handle in, drive up to standing, then repeat and switch sides.

The one cue that matters

The job is to NOT twist toward the cable. Stay square and let your core do the bracing.
