How to do it

  1. Lie on your back near a low cable, gripping the handle at your chest with both hands.
  2. Set the cable so it pulls your hands toward the anchor.
  3. Press your arms straight up while resisting the sideways pull.
  4. Hold briefly, then return to your chest with control.
