How to do it

  1. Stand with feet wide, toes turned out slightly, PVC resting across your upper back.
  2. Grip the pipe outside shoulder-width.
  3. Keep your feet planted and rotate your torso to one side, hold a beat.
  4. Rotate to the other side and hold, alternating.

Turn through your upper back and keep your hips quiet, do not let your feet shift.
