How to do it

  1. Set up in a forearm plank with elbows under your shoulders.
  2. Brace hard and hold a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Shift your body forward so your shoulders pass your elbows.
  4. Saw back until your shoulders are just behind your elbows, then repeat.

The one cue that matters

Move like one rigid board, don't let your hips dip as you saw back and forth.

Muscles worked

The Plank Body Saw isolates the Core — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted core volume without extra fatigue.
