How to do it

  1. Sit with your legs spread wide in a V, toes pointing up.
  2. Tilt your pelvis forward and sit tall on your sit bones.
  3. Hinge forward from the hips and walk your hands out along the floor.
  4. Settle into the deepest comfortable fold and hold, breathing slowly.
