How to do it

  1. Lie on your side with knees stacked and bent, arms straight out front, palms together.
  2. Keep your knees pinned down and stacked.
  3. Sweep your top arm up and over, opening your chest toward the ceiling.
  4. Follow your hand with your eyes, hold the stretch, then return and switch sides.
