How to do it

  1. Lie on your back, drop both knees to one side, stacked.
  2. Place your hands behind your head.
  3. Crunch your shoulders straight up toward the ceiling.
  4. Lower slowly, then finish your reps before switching sides.

Feel the squeeze in the obliques on the down side. Don't twist, just crunch up.
