How to do it

  1. Hold a mini band in front of you at chest height with both hands, arms nearly straight.
  2. Pull your hands apart out to the sides until your arms are wide.
  3. Squeeze your rear delts and shoulder blades at the end range.
  4. Return under control, keeping tension on the band.
