How to do it

  1. Sit tall and loop the band under your hips or feet, gripping a handle at each shoulder.
  2. Press both hands straight overhead until your arms lock out, fighting the band tension.
  3. Pause at the top with the band stretched tight.
  4. Lower under control back to shoulder height.
