How to do it

  1. Stand on the band with feet together, gripping the band with an underhand grip, palms facing forward.
  2. Keep your arms nearly straight and raise both hands forward to shoulder height.
  3. Pause at the top with the band stretched tight.
  4. Lower under control back to your thighs.
