How to do it

  1. Set both pulleys to chest height and grab a handle in each hand.
  2. Step forward into a split stance, arms out wide with a soft elbow bend.
  3. Sweep your hands together in a wide arc in front of your chest.
  4. Squeeze hard at the middle, then open back out under control.
