How to do it

  1. Lie face down on a bench with your head hanging just off the edge.
  2. Drop your chin toward your chest to start.
  3. Lift your head back and up, squeezing the back of your neck.
  4. Lower slowly under control to the start.

Keep it slow and controlled. Light load only, the neck is no place for ego.
