How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with hands under your glutes and legs straight.
  2. Keep your legs straight and pressed together.
  3. Raise them until they point toward the ceiling.
  4. Lower slowly until they hover just above the floor.

Keep your lower back flat. If it arches, don't lower your legs as far.
