How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with hands by your sides or under your glutes.
  2. Bend your knees and lift your feet off the floor.
  3. Pull your knees toward your chest, curling your hips up slightly.
  4. Lower your feet back down without touching the floor.

The one cue that matters

Roll your hips up at the top. Don't just rock your thighs back and forth.

Muscles worked

The Lying Knee Raise isolates the Core — no passengers. That makes it a clean tool for adding targeted core volume without extra fatigue.
