How to do it

  1. Set both cables low and grab a handle in each hand, palms facing forward.
  2. Step forward into a staggered stance with a soft elbow bend.
  3. Sweep the handles up and together in an arc toward chin height.
  4. Squeeze your chest, then open your arms back down under control.

Drive the arc up and in. Keep that elbow bend fixed the whole rep.
