How to do it

  1. Loop a band around your legs just above the knees or ankles.
  2. Sink into a quarter squat with feet about hip-width.
  3. Step one foot out to the side against the band, then follow with the other.
  4. Keep stepping in one direction, then reverse.

Stay low in the squat and keep tension on the band, don't let your feet snap together.
