How to do it

  1. Hold the band with both hands in front of you at chest height, arms extended.
  2. Keep your arms long with a soft bend and your chest tall.
  3. Pull the band apart, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Hold the squeeze for a beat, then return slowly to the start.
