How to do it

  1. Anchor a loop band at elbow height and stand side-on, gripping it with the near hand.
  2. Tuck your elbow into your side bent at 90 degrees, forearm pointing out toward the anchor.
  3. Rotate your forearm in across your belly against the band, elbow pinned.
  4. Return under control, then switch sides after your reps.
