How to do it

  1. Anchor the band overhead and hold it wide with both hands, arms extended up.
  2. Kneel or sit tall with your chest up and core braced.
  3. Pull the band down toward your collarbones, driving your elbows down and out.
  4. Squeeze your lats, then let the band stretch you back to the top.

Pull with your elbows toward your ribs and keep your chest proud, don't round forward.
