How to do it

  1. Stand on a loop band and loop the top over the back of your shoulders.
  2. Set your feet hip-width with soft knees, chest tall.
  3. Push your hips back and hinge your torso toward parallel.
  4. Drive your hips forward to stand against the band's pull.
