How to do it

  1. Stand on the middle of the band, feet hip-width, holding it with both hands.
  2. Hinge at the hips until your torso is near parallel, flat back, soft knees.
  3. Pull the band to your lower ribs, driving your elbows back.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades, then lower under control to full stretch.

Keep a flat back and lead with your elbows, don't round your spine to row higher.
