How to do it

  1. Stand to one side of a line with feet together, knees soft.

  3. Immediately hop back to the other side.
  4. Keep your contacts quick and on the balls of your feet.
  5. Hold a fast side-to-side rhythm for the set.

The one cue that matters

Stay on the balls of your feet and keep the hops quick and quiet, no heavy landings.
