How to do it

  1. Sit with your legs extended in front of you.
  2. Point your toes away as far as you can, squeezing the calves.
  3. Pull your toes back toward your shins to flex hard.
  4. Move smoothly between the two positions.
  5. Keep your legs straight throughout.
