How to do it

  1. Rack a kettlebell at your shoulder, elbow tucked, palm facing in.
  2. Drop into a full squat keeping your chest tall.
  3. Drive up hard and use that momentum to press the bell overhead.
  4. Lower the bell back to the rack and squat into the next rep.

What is the difference between a thruster and a push press?
