Smooth out tight inner thighs with the roller.

Keep the rolling slow. Speeding through it doesn't give the tissue time to release.
Lying face down with one leg angled out puts the roller along the inner thigh, reaching the adductors, muscles that quietly assist every squat and lunge but almost never get direct attention. Slow passes from above the knee toward the groin cover the full length of the group. It pays off most around heavy squat sessions and anything trained with a wide stance.
Bend the knee and swing the leg out to the side so the inner thigh faces the floor, roughly square to your body. If you feel the pressure on the front of your thigh, rotate further until it lands on the inside.
Because almost nothing in daily life or standard training lengthens them, they just quietly work. Pairing regular rolling with a wide-legged stretch covers both pressure and lengthening.
Work the middle two-thirds of the inner thigh and ease right off as you approach the groin crease. The upper attachment area is sensitive and gains nothing from heavy pressure.
