How to do it

  1. Stand side-on to the TRX, both hands on the handle, arms extended.
  2. Lean away to load tension on the straps and brace your core.
  3. Rotate your torso away from the anchor, keeping arms straight.
  4. Drive back to center using your obliques and repeat, then switch sides.

Keep your hips square and let your trunk do the turning, not your arms.
