How to do it

  1. Hold the bar in a front rack on your shoulders, elbows high.
  2. Sit down into a full front squat keeping your torso upright.
  3. Drive out of the bottom and ride that momentum to press the bar overhead.
  4. Lock out overhead, then bring the bar back to your shoulders.

Let your leg drive launch the press, don't squat and press as two separate moves.
