How to do it

  1. Rack a barbell on your upper back and take a wide stance with toes pointed out.
  2. Push your hips back and squat down, knees tracking over your toes.
  3. Descend until your thighs reach parallel.
  4. Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes back to standing.
