How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor and rest your upper back against a stability ball.
  2. Plant your feet flat, knees bent, arms out for balance.
  3. Drive through your heels to lift your hips until your torso is parallel to the floor.
  4. Squeeze your glutes at the top, then lower under control.
