How to do it

  1. Set up over the bar with hook grip, hips down, chest tall.
  2. Pull explosively through triple extension and shrug the bar up.
  3. Drop under fast, splitting one foot forward and one back as you catch in the front rack.
  4. Recover by stepping the feet back together under the bar.

Hit a clean split with both knees bent, don't lunge so far your back knee slams the floor.
