How to do it

  1. Lie chest down on an incline bench with the barbell hanging straight below your shoulders.
  2. Grab it underhand, arms fully extended.
  3. Curl the bar up toward your forehead, elbows fixed.
  4. Squeeze hard at the top, then lower slowly to a dead hang.
