How to do it

  1. Set up over the bar with a wide grip, hips low and chest up.
  2. Pull the bar up your body and explode through your hips violently.
  3. Pull yourself under the bar into a deep overhead squat.
  4. Catch the bar locked out overhead, then stand up.

The one cue that matters

Keep the bar close and finish your hip extension before you pull under, don't muscle it up early.
