How to do it

  1. Grip wide and lower the bar to just below the knee, flat back, chest tall.
  2. Explode up through triple extension into a tall snatch pull, no catch.
  3. Reset to the low hang and repeat the powerful pull.
  4. On the snatch, punch under fast and catch the bar locked out overhead.
