How to do it

  1. Set the bar on blocks around knee height, take a wide snatch grip.
  2. Set your back flat, chest tall, and shoulders over the bar.
  3. Explode up through triple extension with no countermovement.
  4. Pull under fast and catch the bar locked out overhead, then stand.
