How to do it

  1. Start with the bar behind your neck in a wide snatch grip, feet in pulling stance.
  2. Dip the knees slightly and drive up to unload the bar.
  3. Punch your arms aggressively and drop fast into an overhead squat.
  4. Catch the bar locked out overhead, then stand to finish.

The one cue that matters

Move under the bar fast, the dip just unweights it, you don't press it up.
