How to do it

  1. Unrack the Smith bar at the hang, mid-thigh, with a shoulder-width grip.
  2. Push your hips back, then explode up through triple extension.
  3. Shrug and pull yourself under, catching the bar in a high front rack.
  4. Stand tall, then lower it back to the hang under control.
