How to do it

  1. Grip the rings and press up to support yourself with locked arms.
  2. Keep the rings close to your body and brace your core.
  3. Bend your elbows to lower until your shoulders dip below your elbows.
  4. Press back up and turn your hands out at the top to lock it off.

Fight to keep the rings from wobbling. Keep them tight to your sides on the way down.
