How to do it

  1. Set up over the bar with a wide snatch grip, hips low.
  2. Pull the bar up your body and explode through your hips.
  3. Punch under and catch the bar overhead in a quarter squat.
  4. Stand tall to finish.

Catch it high above parallel, finishing your hip drive before you pull under.
